Update: today, July 14th, Jeh Johnson, the Director of Homeland Security (though he stated in front of a Congressional committee, that he didn’t even know who Kate Steinke was . . . (if you believe that level of incompetence) he did admit that there are 276 Sanctuary Cities in the U.S.
If you’re outraged re: the existence of Obama’s lawlessness of Sanctuary Cities, consider sending an email to your Representative, your Senator, and the Mayors and council members of these cities notifying them that you’re outraged and taking action:
- Boycotting businesses … either storefront or online!
- Getting involved politically
- Vacationing elsewhere (we’ll be avoiding these cities like the Bubonic)
Better yet, bring the public into it by protesting … urge boycotts of events in these cities; when conservatives stand for what they … er … we say we believe in, and quit spending money there; that’ll get a quick response!
In reality … that’ll never happen tho … god forbid (note the intentional small “g”) we should actually abandon our blessed Seahawks for a “principle” !!! My wife and I were planning on going to a Mariners game when friends come for a visit – that’s off – guess I ought to tell ’em but … they’re on Dir. TV and we record ’em …
Here’s a memo I wrote: My wife and I resent the lawlessness exhibited by ALL sanctuary cities, condoned by politicians under the guise of “safety”! Those who allow this must cease sheltering illegals.
We, as a family will no longer spend any money nor attend an event in the city (including the Mariners & Seahawks games) until you stop the lawlessness of being a Sanctuary City!
