I’ve had a CCW for over 25 years, … because my wife (now an Ex) asked me to. I’ve been assaulted without pulling it; I’ve had threats w/o pulling it; I even had an officer who knew I carry, ask me if it’s OK to tell a punk which attempted to harm me once, that he was damn lucky that he’d decided against coming at me a 2nd time ….
One has to immediately identify the level of threat and act accordingly, without hesitation and unless one can place the bullet where it needs to be ……
