This is about the type of people who think it’s ok to dump trash anywhere other than where it belongs.
These irresponsible people rarely think that somehow it can cause serious harm to others …… sometimes it’s just not thinking but most of the time it’s laziness or just not giving a damn!
People now, think they’re entitled … that they’re different, that it’s no big deal ……
I remember one of my first rafting trips down the Willamette …… we watched a canoe capsize and the 
couple floated down the river as people scrambled to pick their possessions out of the water for them. They were right by the footbridge behind Autzen Stadium in Eugene.
The next day, we heard on the news that a young man had drowned there, when his jeans had snagged on the handlebar of a bicycle thrown into the river. He couldn’t fight the current. It wasn’t the same guy for the one we watched go over, got out …. but it happens fast and the current is so much stronger than people expect.
