What you saw in Bunkerville, Nevada, that was not really even the beginning!
We know he’s operating lawlessly, circumventing Congress, but he’s also circumventing existing laws!
One way of looking at what it was, is President Obama is making an “end run” around the Posse Comitatus Act passed in June of 1878, 135 years ago!
Why do I say that? Because he’s newly arming 40 new Federal Agencies – just one of them was the BLM thugs you saw at work, training their sniper weapons on unarmed citizens, provoking wherever he can, with ‘tazing’ (stun guns), shutting down Free Speech and threatening with attack dogs … provoking those who believe in FREEDOM – doing to others what was done to blacks in the South, during the integration battles!
Is this man totally Psycho? Vengeful?
He’s also operating “lawlessly” in other areas — he is pardoning thousands (or tens or hundreds of thousands?) of convicted criminals – drug users!
“Oh, you may say – that’s NOT lawless! He has the power to PARDON.” You’d be correct, … in a way, but he does not have the right to pardon entire classes of convicted criminals! That’s circumventing the law!
This is what revolutionaries do! They turn criminals lose on society, with the intent of breaking society down!!!
These criminals being released, are rarely caught breaking the law on just one charge.
Almost always, they’ve pled guilty to the drug charge in a deal to get other charges dropped. Their being in jail is why crime is down. These people are habitual criminals; they’ve made really bad decisions . . . decisions which severely impact you and me!
Just watch! This will again stress law enforcement and it will do the same to the court systems!
Our cops “first responders” will be pressured; our cops who put their lives on the line, will be discouraged … these same criminals they worked so hard to put away ……. Obama and the Atty. General who is already held in contempt, Holder, are thumbing their noses at our law enforcement! And … at all of us!
He’s also, … not deporting illegal alien criminals! This at the same time he and a democrat-controlled Senate leave our borders open – a WIDE OPEN DOOR – – AN INVITATION TO TERRORISTS!
He is NOT faithfully performing his duties to protect and defend, and uphold the law and our Constitution!
This, at the same time America’s military power is being reduced to pre-World War II levels.
This, at the same time Russia is rising and provoking. Remember his comment to Putin – the one we weren’t supposed to hear — that he’d have more leeway after the election??
And Obama is cutting / denying support to military personnel coming home super stressed, after being “hamstrung” fighting an enemy and friendlies … with illogical rules and regulations! This after also purging our military of great leaders …
And why were State dept. and CIA personnel arming enemies in Benghazi? What type of weapons were being “transferred”?
And he’s hired more IRS agents, … don’t dismiss who he was targeting … at first conservatives, but later, YOU TOO!
