As an overview, … it’s all very simple.
- Too many contractors who didn’t work together
- too many rules and regulations
- too many broken promises
- too many incompatible programs; …
- too many inept chiefs and not one Indian in charge!
Microsoft is the acknowledged giant at making programs work together! Microsoft should have been hired!
