When the hype is out, on a movie, yet there’s no trailer for it, I always suspect something …. that it is the typical propaganda or it’s an “Agenda Movie” – a.k.a. propaganda for someone …… and it’s usually the leftists!
That’s true with this movie, but where exactly does the truth reside? The film is about the practice of ‘FRACKING’. The fact that corporations which do this, have been touting using their energy source “because it’s patriotic”, also makes me wonder ……
I suspect that this time the environmentalists have it right, but admittedly, that’s conjecture on my part. Most of the time I get accused of being a die-hard Capitalist ….. which I am, except for I believe some things warrant having parameters / restrictions put on them – – – especially where there is endangering the public! That Congress passed laws which allows these companies doing FRACKING to hide what chemicals they’re pushing down into the aquifers, smacks of not just payoffs, but out-and-out corruption!
I am NOT a Republican, nor a Democrat! I understand how business works; I owned my own business for a quarter century and one cannot do that w/o understanding how things work – what must be done to make a profit, and responsibly hire and keep good employees.
If we need to be energy independent (and of course, we do), it still requires it be done in a safe and responsible manner! Dangerous chemicals do NOT belong being exploded in our drinking water ……
Even scripture tells us that our water is to go bad in the last days and I suspect that this time …… the HollyWierd radicals are right …… It’s just too bad they can’t be out front about it and not try to sneak it into a “movie” ….. guess it’s just their deceptive nature!
