Every rancher / farmer knows that, … this year especially, hay is a shortage and the drought has put it at a premium, but ….. 
SURPRISE, IT AIN’T FOR HORSES!
You may wonder every time you see a load of hay going down the highway…. What if it’s a hiding place for illegals, terrorists, or maybe even a dirty bomb? What if Arizona wasn’t as concerned as it is?
Don’t forget …. at best, …. our President, … still doesn’t get it…
