CONTEMPT CHARGES AGAINST HOLDER?

It’s long past time to hold the Attorney General Holder in CONTEMPT!

Holder is accused of and guilty of, failing to respond to a 2011 subpoena for Justice Department documents on Fast and Furious, which resulted in Border Guard Brian Terry’s death the supplying of thousands of automatic weapons to the Mexican Drug Cartels and that, has resulted in the deaths of thousands of Mexican citizens!

This following quote, from a respected blogger, nails it!   “Why is Barack Obama so unwilling to throw Eric Holder under the bus, and why is Eric Holder remaining defiant in light of these recent documents? I think the answer is obvious–Eric Holder is likely protecting someone, and that person is Barack Obama himself.”

It’s obvious by the democrats in the committee (objections and comments) that they will surely back Holder’s consistent stonewalling and attempt to stop this vote.

In fact, by now, it’s very possible that the information sought, is now “scrubbed” from the DOJ computers, but there are still the whistle-blowers and that’s the only possibility that holding Attorney General Holder in Contempt could lead anywhere.

Like it or not, this could lead to where people don’t want to go ….. but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be pursued!

If it leads to Obama, and / or, … even to Bush, it wouldn’t surprise me.   America’s LIBERTY, America’s survival, … is the target here; and it’s fighting for its life and the only hope is to follow every rabbit trail to its logical end.

Representative Issa should be the one to be allowed to choose an Independent Prosecutor!

Let us not forget the types of appointments President Obama made – including Van Jones, the tax cheats, etc.   Nor can we forget those two New Black Panther Party members intimidating voters, which Holder decided not to prosecute …. nor Elian …. nor Waco ….

Admittedly, I don’t trust most all the people in D.C., and because I don’t, I doubt this will come to fruition, but to me, there’s even another complication.

It’s obvious that the other concurrent and more passionate issue in the news (for most of the public – at least those being moved along by the media) is the plugging of the leaks which endanger our troops, diplomats, and politicians, … etc.

It’s no coincidence the media brings this issue NOW!

I contend that passing the new laws which members of Congress and our other officials are talking about, … pursuing and allowing investigations and penalties for those who leak information – will be used in an insidious, nefarious way —

Stated more clearly, I believe that these proposed ‘laws’ will be used against the whistleblowers!   The timing, suggests that’s what is intended!

It’s only gone this far because the whistleblowers have exposed the stonewalling, coverup and secrecy, from the beginning …. proved not only by Holder’s actions of doubletalk and stonewalling, but by his refusal to fire those who know where the orders for FAST & FURIOUS came down from.

Those out to subvert Liberty, have no integrity, nor honor, and they’ll use any law in any way they can, to intimidate those willing to stand up and say “THIS JUST ISN’T RIGHT”!

WHISTLEBLOWERS must be protected at all costs!

In fact, my belief is that they should (in many cases) replace the upper echelon – heads of departments – men with integrity are indeed, a rare breed in D.C.   They put their careers and lives on the line, every time they step forward and are rarely rewarded, and often cast aside ….

The vote on whether to hold Attorney General Eric Holder is said to be the 20th of June.  If you’ve ever expressed your opinion to your representatives, now is the time!  And don’t forget, … in your comments, make sure they understand that this witch-hunt to plug the leaks should NOT result in laws which can be used against men of integrity!
