Republican Presidential Candidates
There’s a significant pattern emerging here that could tell you volumes about the ethics of both the Democratic Machine and the Media.
Sometimes, it’s what you don’t see that’s the most revealing; let’s start with what was apparent first, the attacks on subsequent Republican leaders … ; then see if you notice what Laura Ingraham and I both did.
At first, … it’ didn’t seem significant enough, for me to write about but ….. BOY WAS I WRONG! I’d almost approached this story from another perspective because of that.
When the Republican Candidates began their politicing, the media (the active arm of the Democratic Party) began attacking the front-runners. Ignore the attacks for the moment; for the point I’m making here, …. it doesn’t matter whether the attacks were made up, bogus, or are true, …… or … whether they’re significant or not.
When Rick Perry burst forth on the scene and decided to run, the Media immediately switched their attacks from Bachman to Perry. Then, Herman Cain emerged as a potential threat and they immediately began pointing out potential problems that might scuttle his candidacy. When he looked more and more like the nominee, these charges regarding possible sexual harrassment were revealed against him.
Now that the numbers show that Herman Cain’s presidential candidacy seems to be slipping, it’s becoming obvious that the Media may have overplayed their hand because the pattern is now obvious to everyone, but that’s still NOT my point!
Oh; it’s a given that though Newt has stated he’s a new man due to his religous conversion, the character attacks against him are already coming fast and furious (no pun intended).
But, ….. HAVE YOU NOTICED ….. The Media has not attacked Romney at all! And he’s consistently been the front-runner. Do you wonder why that is? They know they can destroy his candidacy when the time comes. His support, will disappear in a heartbeat!
They’re saving those attacks for when he is already the NOMINEE! They want him to win the nomination to run against the Democrats!
“Why?”, you ask. He’ll be easy to defeat! Though Mormons are good people, with high moral standards, Romney, a Mormon, will easily be defeated when running against Obama or Clinton (Yes, I still believe Obama won’t run because he won’t be able to win).
There are a number of questions that can be brought forward which will turn the American Public against a Mormon!
- Mormons are strong on family values.
- They stand strong against homosexual marriage and practices. That’ll set the leftists off!
- Many believe that one of their tenets is that Jesus and Satan were brothers.
- Another is that they wear special underclothes, … true, yet many will lie about this.
- If there’s an option, Mormons are taught to, and consistently chose their own to deal with when it comes to doing business. Not necessarily instills trust in these days of “crony capitalism”.
There are tons other reasons the Democratic Machine wants to destroy every Republican candidate except for Romney ….. but when it comes down to it …. They’re only saving their attacks on him, … for later.
Therefore, they see Romney as the proverbial fish in the barrel (an idion meaning [destroying him] will be an effortless or simple action, with guaranteed success.)
The TEA Party support will fall away and so will the liberal Christian’s support, in other words, Romney cannot defeat the Democrat, whomever the candidate!
Looking today, at the rise of Newt, and how the attacks have begun on him, he’s the one that is the most intellectual, the most knowledgable, the most presidential …. As it should have been from the beginning, Newt’s the one they fear most …..
Yes; you can say with confidence, “The Democratic Party and the Media sure blew it by overplaying their inept hand, this time ….. it’s just another failure of leadership.”
