I found one story which says the group protesting – OCCUPY WALL STREET, has $50,000 in an account at a credit union at the Amalgamated Bank. If this is true, and I heard a report that the amount was much larger than this …. NY CITY SHOULD CONFISCATE the account for the charges to clean up afterwards and the charges for maintaining a police presence.
The participants in OCCUPY, across the nation are organizing a “move your money” day – targeting Bank of America and Chase National.
