Though Congress promised, they’ve established a secret fund to allow them to funnel money to their favorite recipients for (what were considered) earmarks. In other words, according to CNN, they’ve lied!
Something new? Well, it’s a new way of doing it …. they didn’t just change the name from “pork”, or from “earmarks” ….. Somewhat akin to stealing maybe? Either way, it’s meant to hide from the public how they’re spending money!
