Today, Fox news reported “2 terrorists were killed in an attack in Gaza”, (there are other areas the news focuses on) yet what none of the media wants you to know, ….. This is what is happening, … behind the curtain:
· Terrorists Fired 50 Rockets, Mortars at Israel
· Iran, Syria supply weapons to terrorists in Gaza
· Hamas-controlled Gaza breaches ceasefire with Israel
· Weapons ship, artillery convoy en route to Gaza intercepted
Jerusalem, March 20 – Missiles were launched at Israel from Hamas-controlled Gaza today (Saturday – their time) and Friday.
Terrorists in Gaza also launched over 50 rockets and mortars at Israel yesterday. It was the “heaviest barrage” of rocket fire launched against Israel in two years.
Iran-backed Hamas acknowledged firing some of the mortars at Israel.
Two Israeli civilians were wounded by shrapnel and residents of the targeted communities were ordered to remain inside their bomb-shelters and homes.
“We are used to sporadic rocket and mortar fire,” said Eyal Brandeis, an emergency responder in the region, “but this was this was not the daily show we are used to,” The Washington Times reported.
In 2010, 238 rockets and mortars were fired at Israel from Gaza. Gaza based terrorists have already fired 118 rockets and mortars at Israel this year.
Last month, two long-range grad rockets fired from Gaza reached Beer Sheva, one of Israel’s largest cities located some 25 miles from the Gaza border. It was the first time Gaza-based launchings reached Beer Sheva since Operation Cast Lead, Israel’s defensive against Hamas at the end of 2008 and early 2009.
The violence comes only a few days after Israel detained a weapons ship that was headed to Egypt. The Israel Defense Forces said the weapons, similar to those fired yesterday, were ultimately meant for Iran-backed Hamas in Gaza.
Strategic artillery and weapons from Iran were found aboard the ship, namely “six C-704 radar-guided anti-ship missiles and thousands of mortar shells and almost 67,000 assault rifle bullets for AK-47s,” Haaretz added.
The C-704 has a range of 21 miles, putting many Israeli communities near the Gaza border and beyond at risk.
Syria’s involvement in the operation was also noted. It reportedly loaded 39 containers onto the ship in Latakia, one of its port cities.
Egyptian security forces also captured a convoy of weapons carrying large amounts of rocket-propelled grenades, mortars, rifles and explosives which entered Egypt from Sudan this week.
Approximately seven trucks were transporting the weapons to Egypt’s border with Gaza where they were to be smuggled to terrorists in Gaza via underground tunnels.
Israel is concerned about the ability of Hamas and Gaza-based terrorists to acquire sophisticated arms via smuggling.
Remember: Winter is over! Today is the Spring Equinox and it should be celebrated. In America, where the media controls what you know, …..
- Our nation has to be disabled or controlled, before the full-on attack begins on Israel.
- The next World War will probably not come until Israel has (in its own defense) struck first.
