There are people who call themselves Christian, but do not follow Christ’s teachings; many believe these people (churchgoers) outnumber His true followers.
That said, “radical Islamists” follow the Koran closer than do moderate and peaceful Islamists. The belief, that their religion has been hijacked, distorted, twisted, etc. is fallacious. One needs to study the Koran . . . . lying to the face of infidels is not only accepted; it’s instructed therein, as standard operational procedure.
Idealism, in this case, plays into the hands of those who would kill you and your loved ones.
The need to feel one is a good person, . . . better than those who would protect their loved ones, either in war or by standing firm and exposing lies, is nothing but an evil, egotistically-based, mental illness.
Just as Neville Chamberlain, propelled the entire world toward world war, so do those who promote the false belief that Islam is a religion of peace!
Herein lies the conundrum: Christ taught us to love our enemies. Loving Him, . . . following Him, can we love them and still be willing to protect our loved ones? Did He not tip over the table and drive those who had perverted his Father’s house, . . . with a whip? Or, are we to stand idlly by and watch our loved ones and innocent people be slaughtered?
Is it wrong to abandon Israel and the Jew when He told us to “Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem”? Shulhav Yerushalayim!
The problem is, . . . . they are our 1/2 brothers. . . . .
Please, Yeshua, “. . . on earth, as it is in heaven.” Show us how, and come quickly!
