Whether it’s “Britain’s Got Talent” or “American Idol”, it’s not the entertainment that people long for and watch these programs . . . . it’s the need for something deep inside – to see another fail . . .
It has to do with pecking order . . . . the exploitation of those desiring to be a “star”, an “idol”, is a deep seated egotistical need, . . . both on the art of the performer and the viewer! Susan already exhibited an emotional “quirk” on her first appearance . . . . . Somebody should have talked her out of it . . . . (as if that were possible).
Maybe she’ll be a co-star on Octomom’s new upcoming series … Sorry; I just can’t stand the focus on the ill among us!
