I know, the post I pointed you too, took persistence to get through; it begins very boring and seems to reveal nothing, but I told you it was there; you should have continued listening!   Then you’d have known what was coming much sooner.

I know, this information from Josh Silver could be bogus as well – informaton . . . er, . . . rather, mis-information, intended to discredit those who yell “SEE!   I TOLD YOU SO!”

Time Warner Cable’s announced plans to test a new billing system known as “metering”, will, in effect, censor the internet.
