Amway is advertising on TV now. Have you noticed? Guess they’ve run out of people to convince . . . .
Their forte’ use to be the “napkin presentation”. Pretending to befriend new people they’d meet, acting as if they want to be your best friend, they use to suck people into their business laying out how they had ‘made it’ and how you could too – it was lucrative, for those at the top of the pyramid and everyone saw that . . . . eventually.
Wanting wealth and independence, they’d suck new people in, telling them, they need to do the same to others – that’s how they would become wealthy. Successful businessmen teach their sales representatives to do the same thing – it’s just that Amway people took it to new levels of phony-ness!
Their ‘friendliness’, of course, depended upon just how successful one was – how hard one worked at making themselves and those above them rich. These phonies made a point of joining churches and clubs where “networking” was possible – to reach as many new friends . . . . er, gullible people to have in their downline – the more there were, the more likely they were to become wealthy. Whatever church / club they were in, they soon became known as phony and exploitative.
Of course, the problem is, there’s a limited number of people to sell this idea to and only those higher up truly get rich.
So much for the disingenuous people . . . . those who use others, . . . . they’re not domestic terrorists, but they’ve still got little integrity! Guess with the economy and the dollar failing, they’re now having to become like other businesses, having to cut out the middle men best they can, limit their spending, compete with competitors, and still find a way to make a profit off products they don’t manufacture.
