Finally, one representative, Michigan’s John Dingell is actually telling the people (if they’re listening) that “Cap and Trade” is a tax.

Every business that produces a good or service and manufactures a product, delivers a product or service will be using some sort of energy that will go up in cost. If you buy only food and medicine, it’s probably because you’re on a fixed income, like I am; this tax, is also on electricity, so this will hit the poor hardest! This tax is even more imoral than most!
Every rise in cost, is passed along to the consumer, so it’s you and I that will ultimately pay for this. It will result in almost immediate inflation! That, will cause more lay-offs and more unemployment.
A tax, by any other name, is still a damn tax!
Regarding the economy, this will lead to the final straw!
YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN CAN NOT SURVIVE THIS PRESIDENT AND CONGRESS IF YOU DON’T RESIST!
