UPDATE: Conforming what I said before, the White House is already bailing on the idea of pursuing prosecution; as obvious as it seems, the radicals have evidently not caught on that the President has just been throwing crumbs to the radical leftists pushing for punishing the Bush people and those who would protect Americans from another 9/11 event – he’s gotta try and keep someone happy.

The ones that these same Congressional members knew about and said nothing about until now?
You can rest assured, they won’t do it.
First off, it will reveal their complicity, what they knew and when they knew it . . . . for instance, Speaker Witch Pelosi was briefed about the waterboarding 4 times w/in 12 months and never said word one about it . . . . Second, they won’t go after this because it will reach deep into the Clinton Administration!
The unseen ramifications of even broaching the question is that no country will take any prisoners from us now, so what will happen to the Gitmo detainees? What politician will ever take part in a decision on how to get information from a captive combatant? I suggest that President and Michelle host the Gitmo detainees that are released, in the White House! This inept, naieve, bumbling, president has damaged every aspect possible, of our protecting the American people! How can the military proceed knowing they might be brought up under charges? The CIA, FBI, NSA, etc. ? ? ?
Congress must be recalled and prosecuted and . . . .
