Watch out for new scams – it’s the era of Madoff and the Democratic congress – beware; the dollar is still in decline.
Due to a rule change, two years ago (which would have been under President Bush), banks (with bailout monies are now allowed to buy their debt back – at a discount), yet the ‘rules’ allow them to (somehow) write it off as a profit.
At this stage, the above is a rumor; I’ve heard it discussed but not been able to verify it . . . . as yet.
