UPDATE:
When Canadians legalized growing hemp, they’d been convinced there was a market for it. Pot legalizers had told them so.
The truth is though, that tons and tons of it laid rotting in warehouses and Canadian farmers lost their shirts. The farmers had been lied to about the market. Legalizers didn’t care. Their goal, after all, is only to get pot accepted in all possible aspects.
Now, idiot congressman, Ron Paul, from Texas (who’da thought!), has sponsored a bill allowing the same thing here in America – H.R. 1866.
I guess he thinks American farmers now need jobs competing with 3rd world nations’ pay scale? What is it now? All of $0.12/day?
Well, that way, Ron, . . . . Mr. all-knowing congressman, . . . at least they won’t owe any income tax! Then you and your other corrupt politicians can bail them out too!
Oh; also, . . . the biggest and only hemp processor in the U.K. – HEMCORE – is in bankrupcy as well. (So much for the lucrative Hemp Industry!) Thanks again, congressman, . . . . for nuthin!!!!!
